Reiter-rooms
The plain restaurant kitchen with ever-fresh and local products transforms a simple dinner in Braunschweiger Hof into a culinary experience. Depending on the room arrangement, the Reiter-room can be turned into an á la carte restaurant or your personal retreat for a family celebration. With up to 30 seats the restaurant offers sufficient free space for your event. Upon request, you can always get menu suggestions.
Our tip: The Reiter-room can also be used as a conference room. With up to 14 persons you can hold a conference, a seminar or an important meeting here.
Sun lounge
The bright and modern sun lounge not only sets new standards for the cuisine, but also in terms of stylish ambience. A tasteful choice of colors and the noble interior transforms the sun lounge into a place for well-being and enjoyment.
Depending on the season, we will serve you creative, seasonal dishes daily and freshly baked cakes. Our comfortable sun lounge has space for 20-30 persons.
Golf-room
We will pamper you wholeheartedly in our small yet exquisite golf rooms because we think that a successful vacation has a lot to do with good food in a relaxed atmosphere. Authentic dishes from the region prepared by our kitchen team with high-quality ingredients and with a lot of love await you.
A special highlight for wellness is the masonry heater in the corner of the room. Though it is not operational, it creates an incomparable, homely atmosphere for approx. 10 guests.
Blankenburger room
We would be happy to pamper you in our Blankenburger room with tasty dishes from our standard menu card. Small meals and typical tidbits of Harz are also served here. After the meal, the finest brandies at the hotel bar conclude the culinary experience.
With places for up to 12 persons the Blankenburger room offers the perfect setting for meetings, conferences and cozy family celebrations.
Beer bar
The cozy beer bar blends tradition and innovation. You will enjoy the specialties of the Harz and small tidbits here that are refined with wild herbs and spices from our own herb garden, depending on the season.
Nothing personifies stylish pleasure as much as a gentleman smoking a cigar or a pipe. Are you also a fan of tobacco smoking? Then you will surely find the beer bar to be your favorite place.
Seating area for up to 40 persons.
Goslarer room
The spacious Goslarer room is used mainly for events, weddings and family celebrations. With space for up to 100 persons the Goslarer room is also ideal as a conference and seminar room.
We would be happy also to pamper you with delicacies from the region. Take a seat and look forward to a romantic evening in cozy, comfortable atmosphere.
Friederike bar
Comfort is the trump card of the Friederike bar. The shining morning sun greets you and invites you to enjoy the breakfast buffet. In this homely ambience, we serve the classic dishes of Harz as well as unusual creations. Sit back and allow us to pamper you.
The well-lit Friederike bar offers space for 40 guests.

Luise bar
The advantages of the Luise bar are obvious: big window façade, flooded with bright light and space for 70 guests.
