Interesting facts about our hotel arrangements
Dear guests, we would like to inform you some important points regarding the following:
Arrival & departure
Arrival daily from 14.00 o’clock
Departure please up to 11.00 o’clock
Cancellation
If you must cancel your stay, you can do so without charge for a booked stay of 3 nights up to 7 days before arrival. In case of longer stays and our arrangements, you can cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival without a charge.
After that, 80% is billed to you, provided we cannot rent the room further. Separate terms of cancellation apply for our arrangements for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Prices & additional costs
- Unfortunately, services not utilized by you cannot be reimbursed!
- The legal rate of VAT is applicable.
- Dog 15.00 EUR per day (without food)
- Garage 10.00 EUR per day
- City visitor’s tax 2.60 EUR per person and day (As of 2021)
- For all offers, the local visitor’s tax is charged separately in each case.
Cancellation of travel
We recommend the cover of travel cancellation insurance.
